Flyers, posters, cards... anything you need to print

At the organization meeting in Berlin, we ruled out any sort of financing from European Union institutions. Instead, we will rely on whatever budget the hitch-hiker associations around Europe can muster for the festival. Let's keep in mind that, whatever we spend on, we must keep it LOW.
On thing that needs spending is printing material. In particular if we want fliers that look good.
We need someone (or more) to look into the possibilities of printing our designs and then sending it to the place they are needed, and put a price that we can then relay to the HH clubs.

Flyers
ok I making a test as well with the flyer of heather so with our reduction of 25% and with the shipping :
For A5 (postcard) :
100 flyers > 25 € (include 9€ shipping)
1000 flyers > 112 € (include 22€ shipping)
1500 flyers > 165 € (include 30€ shipping)
2000 flyers > 192 € (include 37€ shipping)
2500 flyers > 219 € (include 43€ shipping)
For business card (better option for word by mouth and to letgive to drivers)
5000 cards > 120 € (without back side / include 30€ shipping
So :
- Who are the hh clubs who can put money on it excluding (Keliai Vis and La Sophiste) ?
- it's the same price to get a back side in black and grey so we can put a text... we need to make it with a special font and stuff
- what about logos of the hh clubs where do we put them ?
- if you can get better price, post here
- do you think that A4/A3 is a good option (personnaly I don't think so)
It still quiet expensive I think so I asked to a other printer service and as well there is the option to print by ourselves ;) with a normal printer and a lot of ink, probably less expensive, I'm sure.

Ok guys, as you know, La Sophiste and Keliai Vis and hopefuly others clubs can give some money to pay for some flyers if we just put our logo on it.
Price on vistaprint are really low :
Just one side with some writtings in the back is :
100 flyers > FREE
250 flyers > 40 euros
500 flyers > 70 euros
1000 flyers > 114 euros
1500 flyers > 140 euros
2000 flyers > 168 euros
2500 flyers > 196 euros
5000 flyers > 380 euros
10000 flyers > 580 euros
(without shipping)
>> 100 flyers is not really free
it will cost 6 euros of process and 8 euros of shipping
so for 14 euros everyone can get 100 flyers at home direclty via
vistaprint - Last time they send us a special ticket of 25% less on the next invoice... so it's quiet cheap !
We know that we have to separated the destinations of the shipping or
we can as well ship all at one place and next send it again to
somewhere (more cheap...)
